Customer Reviews:
Hours of fun on a rainy day
My baby got this as a gift when she was born -- she liked it from the start and is still getting use out of it at 6 months old. It's great for tummy time, laying on her back or lately sitting up and chewing on the bars. It's a bad-weather day today and I put the gymni on top of our bed and she has been entertained on-and-off for 4 hours - great!
All around great
My almost 5 month old loves this thing. And so do I. It has been entertaining baby since he was a few weeks old and has only gotten better. It folds in half for travel. And, the mat can be disassembled and washed after the inevitable mess. My kid is very demanding of his parent's time and this is one of the only things that keeps him entertained without direct parental involvement. Buy it and you won't be disappointed.
The perfect paymat
I picked this up at a yard sale for about $10 after the playmat I had registered for proved to be not so great.
This is a phenomena product. I've had two children use it and they both adore it. My son likes to roll on his side and look in the mirror. He loves the animals that hang down. The music is lovely and doesn't annoy me or my husband. This was one of our Top 5 baby purchases.
Tiny Love Gimini
Very nice product. I bought it for my grandson and was very pleased with how easy it was to set up and put away. It's nice that you can arrange the hanging mobiles and there is something of interest for the baby on every inch of this toy.
Tiny Love, Big Value
So far, this is the one thing I feel has been vital for baby entertainment and education. The day it came I saw how useful it was! I love to play with my daughter in it. (The elephant is my favorite toy because it retracts, but my daughter actually likes the giraffe best.)
Pros:
*EASY* to set up and easy to put away. It has little snap buttons and snapping or unsnapping them is the only effort you have to put into it.
Colorful
Interactive toys
Soft crossbars and padding
Cool mirror
Potential to add more toys later
Cons:
Music is boring and repetitive - but that may actually be a good thing to a baby
The card that supports the lights is a little stiff and I wonder if hitting it the wrong way may actually hurt
I love this gym. I have recently bought a Baby Einstein gym as a backup gym for the grandparent's house and it is inferior in many ways to this one.
