Thumbs up for Sponge Bob's Salty Sea Stories
My 7 year old daughter really enjoys this Leap Pad book! There are lots of fun and educational activities for kids in the 6 - 9 yr. age range.

Fun but not educational - those are my child's words
Looks like this would be a fun and educational tool but fun is all we got out of it. That's fine but if you're really looking for the educationally portion as well, it was a disappointment, at least for my child. Every child learns differently so this may or may not work for your child(ren).

My lil' Spongie
I bought each of my kids one of these last year-to this day they still play with this book the most-we all are a Sponge Bob Square Pants family-we watch all the shows on Nick. It is hysterical listening to the little sound effects in his usual Spongie voice. Some of the theme Leap Pad books do not come with the original voices of the characters, but this one does it is the voice of Spongebob. Nothing like having a yellow porous Sponge help your kids learn to read.

Sponge Bob Reading & Learning Fun!
Highly recommending this Leap Pad Book...we bought it on Tuesday and my son has already enjoyed countless hours of reading, math and matching games. He even brought it with us in the car yesterday. Lots of play and learning value!

Had the whole family engaged
My twin six year old boys have had their Leap Pad for two years and this is hands down the best book we have ever had for it. They will even pass up video games and TV to play the educational games in this story. They are the kind of boys who love their characters and this is the first educational book for older children that I have found that teaches through the familiar characters that they love. The whole family enjoys playing the games in this one. It has brought new life to our Leap Pad!
