Not bad
I went BabyBjorn crazy and bought a lot of their product line once my daughter was old enough to start using it. I think that their line is "Ok" but not the greatest overall. I actually bought 2 of this set. This set comes with 2 spoons (black and pink) and 1 pink dish. Great colors. The spoon fits well in my 15 months hand and mouth and she likes it. I have to hold the plate as she eats because the bowl moves with slight force. She is also able to pick it up and throw it though the instructions say that picking the bowl up for a baby is difficult. Not so. I was very concerned about it being plastic but it is NOT #7 (hard plastic) and is free of BPA. Hard plastic and #7 plastics are the ones we need to stay away from though all plastic is questionable. This set is "ok" as she learns to eat from a bowl with a spoon, but then it's quickly on to a non plastic dish. Still looking for stainless steel baby bowl. Please DO NOT put ANY plastic in a microwave especially food for your baby. There are just too may unknowns out there about plastic.

not pleased
this product cost $[...] and I was very disapointed with it. It has not suction, which I thought that it would and whenever the baby drops it off his high chair (which is often) the white middle pops out of the base. I thought it would be a heavier material so that he couldn't flip it off his tray so easily. Not worth $[...] that is for sure. Should have just gotten a suction plastic bowl at K-mart for 4 or 5 bucks.

Pretty Good
The non skid feature is a joke, but the dish design does keep the food inside when baby uses a spoon against the edges. We used the dishes a lot but go through the spoons really fast. The spoons stain fast and wear out quickly. They are not worth the price as they must be replaced so often. We finally switched to stainless steel spoons.

Colorful!
I ordered the red bowl and love its shape and color. The spoons are a hit with my grandson, although he prefers chewing on the handle to eating from the actual spoon...perfect for his grip and satisfies his need to chew!! The only negatives I have found is that when I put sweet potatoes in the bowl (they were not warmed in the bowl), the white dish discolored and secondly, the hard plastic of the dish is a "7"...the hard plastic that can emit toxins when heated.

Shower gift registry item
The couple seemed very happy to get this as it was on their registry at a baby store and 'sold out'. Tracked it down on Amazon. Seems pricy to me, that's what makes it a great gift. New parents may hesitate to spend the money but will appreciate the style and function.
