Great concept, poor design
Lately I'm not impressed with Fisher Price. The last several toys of theirs have left me disappointed. They WERE the toy company I grew up with in the 80's but they no longer hold the market and there are better items available.

What the descipt doesn't tell you is that the illustrated pages on this are CARDSTOCK glued to the durable plastic "pages". Cardstock. That's not very baby friendly.

Vtech on the other hand has a nursery rhymes book (same concept, plastic musical light up pages) but their books illustrations were printed on high gloss stickers thus they are easy to wipe off and the pages don't run the risk of being torn, etc.

Great idea but done better by others.

Laugh & Learn Storybook
This is a gift for my granddaughter but I of course had to sit and play with it. It is adorable...colorful, lots of things to entertain and learn with. Hopefully the company will make more of them. This should keep a small one entertained for quite a while..and they will learn while they are playing.

Fun for all!
I purchased this for my one year old neice. She absolutely loved it! Even her older sister (shes three) loved playing with it! Definately a keeper!

Great toy
Toy is great! Music/songs/lyrics are all great. My baby loves it. I give four stars because it doesnt stand as good as it shows in the picture. It falls off when the baby tries to press any button.

Great little distraction...
My two-year old has had this since she was one. She still flips through it a fair bit, and enjoys hearing bits of the rhymes, although she hasn't developed the patience to really follow the words with the printed text. That's why I would rate it as being a very fun toy but of limited educational value until the child is probably 2.5 or 3 yrs old. Great value though.
